BSIS + MOIS — Blind Spot and Moving Off Information System
Monitors front, side and rear blind spots; detects pedestrians and cyclists and warns the driver immediately.
The system consists of a vehicle recorder, a monitor, a front-road AI camera, two side-view AI cameras, a rear-view AI camera and an audible-visual alarm unit.
Detection zones are separated into front, side and rear. When a pedestrian or cyclist is detected the driver is warned immediately. It comes into its own on large-bodied vehicles and in city traffic.

Can a blind spot system be fitted to a refuse truck?
Yes. On refuse collection vehicles, front, side and rear detection zones are defined; when a pedestrian or cyclist is detected the driver receives an audible and visual warning.
